Welcome to Relational Renaissance! My specialty is the treatment of relationship issues for individuals, couples and families.

I believe emotional health and well-being is primarily derived from obtaining and nurturing secure, safe, loving, and well-functioning relational attachments with others. As people strive to improve their relationships, the relationships have greater capacity to thrive, and the individuals involved are capable of experiencing increasing joy and fulfillment.

I help individual clients develop a stronger sense of self and the confidence and skills to create positive and satisfying relationships. I also help individual clients find ways to generate changes in their relationships, as it only takes one person to promote change.

For couples, assistance is provided for the nurturance, revitalization, and repair of relational bonds, for building strong and stable partnerships, and for overcoming difficulties produced by special life circumstances.

Family therapy addresses conflict and cohesiveness, effective communication, coping with special issues, parenting skills, and children's concerns and difficulties.

I provide an atmosphere of warmth, empathy, and attentiveness to my clients. An emphasis on a supportive therapeutic relationship helps clients determine what positive attributes they would like to seek in their relationships. Additional focus is placed on inner strengths, external resources, and the special life circumstances of each client, couple or family.
